    Promotion Codes:

    If you have a promo code, you will be able to use this during checkout and it will apply the offer or discount to your eligible purchase. It’s easy to apply a code: 

     When you’re ready to submit your order, click on the checkout button.

    • In the payments section of the checkout process, you will see a field marked promo code. Please type in the active code that applies to your purchase. Please type the code exactly as it appears in the promotional materials. Avoid spaces or lowercase letters. 

    Note: Usually, only one promotional code can be applied to each eligible order. Some promotion codes have a date restriction, or could be a onetime use only, so please review the promotion code and any terms when you receive your code.

    Exchanges and Returns:

    Bones Outfitters is committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If there is an issue, all returns and exchanges must be authorized and reported within 30 days of purchase. We warranty our products for defects, but in the event that your item arrives defective, you will be issued an RMA number and be provided with shipping information on where to send your damaged items. 

     Shipping:

    If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS. Otherwise, you will be able to take advantage of our USPS rate shipping depending on your location. Shipping is only available to those in the United States.

     Cancel or change an order:

    Our order process is immediate, so we can get your items to you quickly! There is a very small window to change or cancel orders, but we will make every effort to try to accommodate any orders that have not been processed yet. Once it begins processing, we are unable to cancel or change the order at that time.
